Dana Blackwelder, MS, BCBA, LBA, is an experienced Licensed Behavior Analyst and Clinical Director with over a decade of progressive responsibility across clinic, home‑based, and hybrid service models. She specializes in assessment, treatment planning, early intervention, staff development, and systems-level clinical oversight. Dana has extensive experience supervising multidisciplinary teams, conducting functional assessments, writing individualized treatment plans, and delivering high-quality parent training both in person and via telehealth. Known for her ability to model and teach behavior analytic procedures with clarity, precision, and compassion, Dana supports Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), supervisees, and families in achieving meaningful outcomes.

My name is Rachelle and I am a devoted mom of seven, who finds my greatest joy in the simple, meaningful moments. Whether that’s exploring a new hiking trail, catching the sunrise on top of the mountain, spending long days outdoors, feeding cows, playing with my pig, or laughing and playing with my kids. With over five years of experience working with special needs children, including my role as a Registered Behavior Technician, I bring patience, compassion, and a deep understanding of others into everything I do. I have a genuine love for children with autism, ADHD, and ODD, and I am deeply passionate about helping them learn, grow, and feel supported every step of the way. My background includes experience with ABA therapy, where I have worked closely under the guidance of a Clinical Director, using positive reinforcement and individualized strategies to help children build skills, gain confidence, and reach meaningful milestones.
